Browns Food Co. Campus is where natural, local and wholesome living comes to life. Set in the lush hills of Tigoni, this space is home to Browns’ small-scale factory, regenerative shamba and Living Food Campus, all built around a shared mission to nourish the body, heal the earth and sustain the land for future generations.
Here you’ll get to see how Browns crafts its artisan dairy range, from seasonal cheeses, butter and yoghurt to organic milk and ice cream. You’ll also find their gourmet jams, dips, crackers and sorbets, along with Grove and Meadow’s growing range of plant-powered products that carry the same ethos of nutrition, care and traceability.
The campus experience goes beyond production. Visitors can join creative workshops, book private cheese and wine tastings at their Sarit location or take an inspiring tour through the sourdough bakery, stoneground mill, fermentation lab, regenerative garden and cheese caves. Every step reveals Browns’ commitment to quality, transparency and sustainability.
Each visit includes a seasonal three course community lunch featuring products made right on site such as sprouted grain crackers, heirloom bean salads, fermented drinks and fresh ice cream. The campus is also family friendly, inviting kids to milk cows, feed animals and make leaf print art in the shamba.
